40.5-week Appointment

Today's was a long appointment for little news. I tried to talk my OB out of the pelvic exam today b/c at this point "uncomfortable" barely describes it, and I don't care what the #s are, b/c they don't mean anything. But since I'm overdue, she insisted. Cervix is still 0cm and 0%, but at least it's "soft". I also had another non-stress test this morning, and baby was fine. In the rush to get the dr's office, I forgot all about my pancake Rx... So I had to have a Hershey's kiss before the test. Sophie apparently loved it b/c the test came back totally normal. I'm scheduled to go back in on Thursday. We'll keep you posted!
